Job Description
Job responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the day to day supervision and maintenance of the QR flight planning system database and providing operational support, flight planning advice and problem solution to support QR/QE network operations.
- Maintain company predefined safe, economical, and regulatory compliant routes for city pairs operated by QR/QE.
- Maintain Airline Operation Support (AOS) function to automate flight plan, briefing package and file ATS Flight Plan
- Ensure NOTAMs are monitored, analyzed and assessed for operational impact and advice stakeholders if needed.
- Ensure currency on the global flight planning and navigational database activities relating to QR/QE network.
Qualifications
- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor’s level
- Flight Dispatch License Certification or training as prescribed in ICAO doc 7192 part D-3 or, and ATPL
- Specialist – minimum 5 Years of job related experience required in Flight Dispatch or Navigation (Flight Planning)
Or
- High School Qualification (e.g GCSE, O’Level, Year 10, minimum compulsory education)
- Trade or Vocational Qualification (Navigation, Flight Planning, Flight Operations)
- Flight Dispatch License Certification or training as prescribed in ICAO doc 7192 part D-3 or, and ATPL
- Specialist – minimum 5 Years of job related experience required in Flight Dispatch or Navigation.
