 Primarily responsible for evaluation and providing resolutions to airframe and system related issues/problems (landing gear, pneumatic, hydraulic and flight controls etc..) towards maintaining the serviceability of Lockheed Martin C130 & L100, CASA CN- 235, CASA C-295 and Boeing C17.  Evaluated and provided structural solutions related to Engine Thrust Reverser repairs and developed a Pylon Hinge Alignment Gage/Tool to support replacement of the Pylon Hinges.  Provide Engineering support for the damage recovery of the aircraft by issuing repair orders and statement of work (SOW) detailing the step by step repair process.  Resolved a major feel wide fuel leak issue from Pressure Relief Valve on C-295 aircrafts to maintain the platform serviceability and availability for the customer (UAE AF).  Liaise with OEM’s, manufacturers and vendors relating to technical matters for all aircraft systems (structural, pneumatic, hydraulic and flight controls).  Design and develop outside SRM Structural repairs for C130, L100, C-295 & CN235 aircrafts and submit to the OEM, seek their approval.
