• Evaluate the supplier’s performance by following the company regulations and KPI’s • Execute component contracts with best available price and conditions , manage the inventory in order to activate cost reduction plan. • Establish and develop a Plan to improve technical Supply Chain policies and workflow to be complied with regulatory requirements. • implements short/long term purchasing and stock plans to reduce AOG cases to satisfy the fleet operation and to optimize profit and minimize risk • Implement financial analysis to be within the planed Budget for the department based on annual plan for the schedule and non-schedule requirement • implement plans to develop department members knowledge level. • work parallelly with finance and contract departments to ensure implement the spare parts contracts conditions and term
• Implement Purchasing plans to provide the fleet with needed Spare parts . • Negotiate the spare parts program with the service provider and monitor the contact terms and conditions. • Develop and maintain good vendor relationships. • Support production planning by reviewing the work package to procure the needed items in time. • manage the technical procurement for the engineering and maintenance activities(routine and non-routine) of the fleet including spare parts, components, tools, and equipment.
