Role Purpose

Plan, allocate and execute aircrafts movements taking into consideration of performance restrictions, station constraints and management requirements to ensure smooth scheduled aircraft operations.

Key Accountability

To assist Duty Manager MCC in the daily administration of maintenance operations. To monitor aircraft availability status in the system and takes necessary action to prevent technical delays or cancellations due to aircraft allocation changes and defects. To allocate and ensure aircraft operating on sectors as per the daily aircrafts   constraints requirement e.g. MEL restrictions / ETOPS / etc. To attend all incoming messages (phone calls, review telex, email and fax) and communicate with Duty Manager MCC on urgent matters e.g. receipt of delay advice from station, MR1 report or significant aircraft defects and deficiency, and any other matters requiring urgent response. To monitor APU status and aircraft equipment deficiencies, e.g. seats, IFE, IVS, toilet inoperative, engine starter manual operations, cargo compartment      equipment and others. To dispatch advance telex advice to enroute stations and department as necessary.

Qualification

Diploma – Any Field

Working Experience

5 Years in E&M and 2 Years in Line Maintenance / ASU / MCC / Technical Services / Quality Assurance / or in a related operations environment.

Skills & Knowledge

Has technical knowledge and skills with knowledgeable in aircraft operations. Knowledgeable in OPTIMIS system and Telex with visionary in problem solving Dedicated and focused with knowledge in use of pc/ Microsoft office suite Familiar withMovement Manger and PSS system
