We are on the lookout for a competent Personal Assistant to support our Chief Commercial Officer. You will be the one to organize and maintain the schedule and assist him by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Personal Assistants must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. It is with their diligence and competence in their work that executives can focus on their managerial responsibilities without worrying about other tasks.

The goal is to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried out timely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Professional coordination, and arrangement of meetings, rooms/facilities/venues, appointments, and schedules for senior management.
  • Proactive follow-up and updates with team members and key stakeholders on tasks, projects, and assignments as needed.
  • Support any coordination of projects, tasks, assignments for timeline deadlines, and any resources required.
  • Screening and coordinating incoming emails, tasks, assignments, correspondences, and follow-ups, with senior management and on behalf of senior management.
  • Maintain efficient data maintenance, files, correspondences, and confidential information.
  • Research, collect data and prepare information or reports when needed.
