Job Description

Job Overview

The holder of this position will be responsible for planning line roster and currencies of all pilots across all the fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing line roster for A320/B737/B787 fleet on JCR/ARMS system 
  • Preparing of optimised pairing scenarios for all the fleet per month
  • Planning special qualification training
  • Preparing and crosschecking the FDTL extension reports
  • Preparing payroll report for all Fleet
  • Leave module handling and managing the leave for all the FD crew
  • Forecasting the network which can be supported as per the crew availability for all the fleet
  • Maintaining and updating of trackers prepared for projections
  • Replying of emails within 24 to 48 hrs to crew and clearance of EIM queries within the SLA
  • Preparing Hotel Requirements for each month and for all the layover station
  • Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format 
  • Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data

Skills & Attributes

  • Jeppesen crew rostering /Jeppesen crew pairing system/ ARMS preferred
  • Good level of proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Good team player
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office applications
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Having a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving

Work Experience

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in roster planning/scheduling of cockpit crew preferred
  • Prior experience in CRM systems
  • Prior experience in Data Analytics preferred

Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized university

Gurgaon
