A great opportunity to join the British Airways In Flight Customer Experience (IFCE) team in the Cabin Crew Scheduling Team.   The purpose of the role is to ensure all scheduling administrative functions for Cabin Crew are successfully delivered within the allocated time frames and trade union agreements.  

You will be a driven individual who will join a dynamic team that looks after cabin crew rosters for our Heathrow, Gatwick, and international bases.  A confident communicator providing knowledge and support to cabin crew around their rosters and agreements.   You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious, and are capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.
