This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a hugely skilled and experienced team leading and supervising maintenance teams carrying out scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections and defect rectification.
Working in the impressive and purpose-built Aircraft Maintenance facility located on Cardiff Airport, you’ll be an integral team player maintaining oversight of individual and team activities ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards. Working to improve schedules and aircraft downtimes. Providing technical leadership of teams maintenance tasks, signing off work on completion within the full scope of individual approval and delivering departmental productivity and cost targets by driving improvement to work tasks, processes and work environment.

- CAA Pt66 B licence
- 3 years aircraft heavy maintenance experience
- Maintains Base Maintenance authorisations on all types required
- Experience in leading teams in an aircraft maintenance environment
- You will demonstrate good interpersonal and people skills and be an effective communicator
- You will have good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work well under pressure and respond in a timely manner to changing business needs
- You will have good technical decision making, leadership and people skills
- Effective communicator at all levels within the organisation
- You will be PC literate, can work with engineering systems and document management systems
- Can work shifts
